Once again Bob Spencer has proven he's the best golfer in the club. With 2-day totals of four under par 140 (gross) and six under 138 (net), he won both of the overall club championships. That's a pretty good feat since the championship flight played the tips at over 6800 yards.

In the first flight, 19 year old Griffin Graham, son of member Don Graham, fired a fine 76 on Saturday and followed it up with a respectable 85 on Sunday to win low gross honors. Steve Mikulic played steady on Saturday and caught fire on Sunday to win the low net honors in a  playoff with Rick Deutscher.

Finally in the second flight, Woody Maynard followed Steve Mikulic's plan to win low gross honors shooting 87 on Saturday and a fine 81 on Sunday. Ken Arends, who always seems to place in this event, was steady on both days to win low net.

In case you've forgotten, this was the third of our four majors where double points are awarded.  Standings in the TOC points race tend to change dramatically, so don't be surprised to see some new names in the top 10.
