After two days of marvelous weather and some good scores, two teams have emerged to represent Palo Alto Golf Club in the next round of the NCGA Four Ball event on August 21. The winners at that level will move on to the finals at Poppy Hills on September 22 and 23.

The two winning teams shot consistent rounds on both Saturday and Sunday to beat the field by at least three shots.  In the First Flight, Peter Malloy and Brad Miller shot 64/63 for a 127 total.  Patrick Beaulieu and Woody Maynard were one shot better in the Second Flight with a consistent 63/63 and a 126 total.  Congratulations to the winners and good luck in the next round.
