New Member Tournament
January 16, 2010
Fortunately, the weather chose to cooperate and not rain on our new member
tournament. We enjoyed the company of ten new members who had joined
since last year's New Member tournament. For some, this was their first
tournament golf experience. Four new members even placed in the
event and won prize money and those valuable Tournament
of Champions points.
There was just one flight playing from the white tees so everyone competed
for the same pool of big money. At the top of the heap was the team of
Patrick Beaulieu, Ray Coler, new member Jim Bly, and our
current points leader, Tracy Powell. They shot an amazing
twenty-two under par in this best two of four format.
Congratulations to all the teams for a job well done. The new members
