Tournament Chairman Admin Tool

 

Along with TPP, the TC admin tool is a powerful aid to running tournaments.  It enables the TC to maintain a roster of the players in a tournament and register the tee times that appear on the main page of the web site.  It also allows control over every condition of a tournament.  The date, starting time, number of players, cost, various check boxes to indicate partner events, if carts are provided for away tournaments to name a few. 

 

When a change is made here, that information is instantly updated on the main page of the club web site.  It allows the TC to download the rules sheet that can be accessed on the tee time page, negating the need to attach a sheet to each scorecard.  Players can add a comment such as partner choice or, for away tournaments, pairing requests.

Also as part of the tool is the Tournament Chairman Bulletin Board. This is an extremely valuable tool for instant communication to the membership regarding changes that may have or will occur for certain tournaments or any other type of communication pertaining to tournament operations. This information appears on the main page of the web site.  The admin tool will play an integral part in the running of tournaments.
