Annual Membership Renewal Notice for 2008

This is an example of the renewal form you should have received in the mail.

If you have not received it or you misplaced it, please print this document,

fill in the blanks and return it to the address above.

  

Here is your 2008 annual membership renewal form.  Please note that if you leave the club after October 1, 2007, you will have one year to spend any tournament winnings you have in your pro shop credit account.  Any credit remaining in your account after one year will revert to the club treasury.

 

Your completed renewal form with your check made payable to Palo Alto Golf Club must be post marked no later than November 30, 2007.  Please complete the form and return it in the enclosed envelope.  Without exception, any renewal fee post marked after November 30, 2007, must include an additional $30.00 late fee.  Any member failing to pay dues before December 16, 2007, must renew at the new member rate of $155.00.

 

Local Junior Golf activities continue to receive national attention.  Adding $5 or $10 or more to your dues for Junior Golf will help immensely with this effort that is now supporting over 25 juniors in our club as well as in several local programs.

As you know, the PAGC issues a directory of the club’s members for internal use only.  Each member should receive a copy in February, 2008.  Please review the information below, make any changes necessary and check the boxes that apply.  You may choose to be included in the directory but have certain information excluded.  Please indicate below which information you do not want to appear in the directory.

 

We also provide contact information in a secure on-line member directory at the club’s website.  Access to this information requires your GHIN number and a password.  If you have not yet used this feature, visit us at www.paloaltogolfclub.org.  You can decline to be included in the on-line directory but that will also preclude you from using it.  Like the printed directory, you can exclude certain information by indicating those fields below.
