Approve July Meeting minutes: Minutes were reviewed and approved by the Board.
Communications Director: $400/quarter or $1,600 annually proposed: Adding Heath Black as Communications Director effective August 1, 2022. Motion by Marinkovich, 2nd Barkley, approved.
Audit – Results: Kirpekar reported on thiis years audit. Minor, $39 dollar discrepancy with NCGA refund. Everything else tied out. Barkley to reach out to NCGA.
New PAGC Website ready to go!: New site ready to go. Membership to be notified with start date, effective the middle of next week, July 12. Heath to send email through Member Planet.
Tournament: Chuck/Andrew/James: Proposed dates for Baylands 2023 tournaments sent out, awaiting response. Away tournaments choices sent to Board for feedback.
Match play Saturday group eliminated. Thursday group doing well but lost last match at home. Rival team had one member ineligible and lost his matches, giving Palo Alto the victory. Thursday in playoffs. Next year Tournament Director to play for free. Would cost about $750.00. Table to later this year. Handicap index - 18.4 - max but you can play with any handicap.
Handicap: James: 42 players with soft cap, 1 hard cap. Exceptional score report for 6 players. 4 with 1 reduction, 2 with 2 reduction.
Membership: Doug - 358 members
Finance Report: Doug: Finance report presented for July. $1278.00 projected year-end balance. Averaging 54 players for tournaments.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
