Attendees: Doug M, Franco Montes, Chris Walker, Chris Dierkes, Patrick Beaulieu, Muk Sreenivasan, Brian Garcia, Chris Duovos (Anthony Tran - guest)
2026 new Board Members will be: Muk Sreenivasan, Anthony Tran, Jeremy Compton, Tom Michalak
Franco gave an update on communications - nothing new to report
Chris Walker went over the tournament schedule and assigned TDs for 2026. Reviewed formats and assignments with board members and confirmed dates.
Niraj Jain starting Weekday League with first event on Dec 12; will be set up as a separate league in GG and points will not be counted as TOC points.
In 2026, PAGC will also be participating in the NCGA Scratch League and Thu/Sat Team Matches. Brian gave an update on trial matches played in the Scratch League - all 4 teams play together, no handicaps, works like a 4-person match play.
Doug: No tournaments are currently posted on the PAGC 2026 portal in GG; Chris W will update John Driver (Handicaps/NCGA Ambassador)
- We have lost 20% of the sandbaggers
- Went with Patrick to Annual NCGA awards meeting
Doug asked about doing a fundraiser for Baylands staff. Chris said that it was a quick response last time, he can set it up quite quickly if the board wants to do it. Will setup the Go Fund Me, with pics from last time giving a check to the staff. Anthony asked if prize winnings at Baylands can be transferred as a gift to the staff.
Anthony Tran shared his proposal for a Ryder Cup style event - Rookies vs Veterans (> 5 years), 12 members on each team, single day event with two formats in a single 18 hole round; can be done after the Tournament of Champions (Nov 14). Would be done after the season ends, as an extra event. Summer time might be a better time, hard to fit after TOC. Anthony
will work with Chris Walker on plan/schedule.

Driver: We need to do a better job of messaging the benefits for “Player of the Year” - annual dues and bragging rights!
